A mission sparked by a missing service
In 2018, our founder Cynthia Perez moved to Monroe, Georgia with a simple expectation — that accessible, door-to-door wheelchair transportation would be available, just as it had been in Decatur. The reality was a rude awakening: no city transportation, no insurance coverage, and no reliable way to get to a grocery store or beauty salon independently.
That frustration sparked a mission. After extensive research and witnessing the growing unmet need across the region, ReliantAccess Mobility was born — not just as a business, but as a promise that no one in our community should ever feel stranded.
